Consultation is available to determine appropriate technology to meet disability-related needs including visual impairments, hearing impairments, learning disabilities, speech impairments, mobility or dexterity limitations such as carpel tunnel syndrome. We will also work with professors and TAs who want to provide computer access for persons with disabilities in specific courses or in computer labs on the campus. Faculty and staff with disabilities may contact us for assistance.

We have extensive information about hardware and software designed specifically for computer access by persons with disabilities.

Lab staff will provide extensive training and demonstrations in the use of assistive technology. Both the training and the demonstrations are offered to groups and individuals upon request.
