No confidential information will be released in any form by DSC unless the student provides written permission. Legally, the University may be required to disclose disability-related information in the event of official, disability discrimination complaint investigations by the US Department of Education Office for Civil Rights or similar federal investigation agencies, complying with a judicial order or properly executed subpoena.
