Referrals for Assessment of Learning Disabilities, Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, adn Acquired Brain Injuries

The following is a selective list of local licensed professionals who are qualified to assess individuals for learning disabilities, AD/HD, or learning impairments due to axquired brain injuries. However, please note that this list is not comprehensive. Students do have the option of using other resources and may choose to be assessed by other professionals as well, providing they possess appropriate qualifications. Assessment expenses vary among professionals and it is important to contact each professional prior to scheduling an appointment in order to ascertain specific rates and services. Once an assessment has been completed, a comprehensive written report should be submitted for review to the Disability Services Center (DSC) as soon as possible.

Referral information is periodically updated and revised. However, please feel free to contact DSC if you have any questions or if you need additional information.
